What is it to be an
immigrant?

What is it to be an immigrant? More specifically, what is it to be a Brazilian immigrant in Dublin? When we leave our lives and fears behind, all that we have is that obscure path ahead of us and the strong belief that we are doing what we were meant to do. Based on those questions, the Brazilian writer Sara Ribeiro invites Mahanie Haddad and Iris Ferraz to perform, through dance and drama, their poems. They use their words and body to try and translate emotions that cannot be translated in any other language rather than the one common for all of us: the language of the heart".
